I think it's part of crease mark since you can still see it in the pink background but it's good for a first tutorial but I guess more work would have to go through the picture to completely erase it and then blend it.

I know. That's just donn'y sleepy eyes, i guess. haha. but it was one of my earlier tutorials, and i didn't think to go about fixing that.
